The tutorial manual is recommended for teaching the academic disciplines “Information Security” and “Cybersecurity”. It contains theoretical materials and legal foundations for activities to ensure information security and cybersecurity of the state, and significant attention is paid to the place of the media in conducting information policy and special information operations (information and psychological operations).
